Our signature “Wattleseed Negroni” is a firey aperitif/digestive that has the perfect balance of dryness & bitterness with a hint of native wattleseeds (think coffee), Davidson plum and riberries.

We let the spirits mingle with roasted wattleseeds to add more depth and flavour before we strain it into the bottles.

Wattleseed residues might be present and are perfectly fine to digest.
