We have opened The Guesthouse Apartment as part of the Berowra Waters Inn philosophy of ‘slowing down for a minute to enjoy the finer things in life’. The Lower Hawkesbury and the Berowra Waters area in particular is an area of stunning beauty and tranquillity.
The Guesthouse, while fully self contained, is located in our house and we welcome you to enjoy it in the knowledge that you will respect our home and also the privacy and peace of our neighbours.
These terms and conditions outlay the guidelines to ensure that you get the most out of your stay with us and that we do not encroach on the privacy and comfort of the local residents.
Check in is from 14:30hrs on the day of arrival. If The Guesthouse is not being used the night before then you may check in earlier by arrangement.
We request that you check out by 11:30hrs on the day of your departure, however if The Guesthouse is not booked for that evening you may have a late check out, again by arrangement.
We will make every possible effort to ensure that The Guesthouse is available as booked, however due to the nature of water access only properties we reserve the right to alter bookings due to unforseen circumstances.
Any photographic images you may see of the apartment are only indicative as we are constantly striving to improve the property and experience offered.
We offer The Guesthouse with the understanding that it is located in a remote area with water only access. The property is on mains power and town water supply, however interruption can occur to these services due to extreme weather. Such interruptions when they do occur are usually only short.
Bookings are not considered onfirmed until we have received the Booking Confirmation Form back. Please read the Terms And Conditions carefully before returning the form.
Please note that ‘Tentative’ reservations will only be held for seven
(7) after which time they will be automatically released.
Payment is required fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of
your rental or at the time of booking if less than fourteen (14) days
from the commencement of your booking.
Payment can be made by…. Direct Bank Transfer, Credit Card Or
Cash.
Please note that MasterCard and Visa both attract a 2% surcharge.
All cancellations are to be made in writing. The following schedule
applies to all cancellations….
More than 60 days prior No Charge
Between 60 – 30 days $500.00 fee applies
Between 30 – 15 days 75 % of the total cost
Less than 15 Days 100% of the total cost.
We are happy to postpone or change the dates of your visit should
you need do so if the alternative date is available.
Please note however if this is within 21 days of the commencement of
the original booking then an additional fee of 25 % of the total cost
of the booking applies.
If the change of dates occurs within seven (7) days of the
commencement of the original booking then a additional fee of 50 %
of the total cost of the booking applies.
