• fresh tea, coffee and non alcoholic beverages provided in The Guesthouse
• all transfers to and from the Guesthouse to the Public Wharf and The Inn
• use of the grounds, tinnie, fishing equipment, kayaks... etc while you are our guests.

Winter Rates 1st May 2009 until 30th September 2009
$ 950 per couple per night

Summer Rates 1st October 2009 until 30th April 2010
$ 1200 per couple per night
